As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Pathways Behavioral Services offers a comprehensive health model, ensuring inclusive and easily accessible care. Services are available to anyone seeking behavioral health support, regardless of ability to pay. We offer a wide variety of services to support this integrated approach, including (but not limited to): assessment, treatment, diagnostic services and medication management for mental health and substance use disorders, Assertive Community Treatment, primary care screenings, crisis services, case management and care coordination services, and community-based supports, including peer support.
