Pathways accepts most insurances and Medicaid to cover the cost of treatment services. Any part of the treatment costs not covered by insurance may be paid by cash, check or credit/debit card. These payments can be received in person at any of our locations, by mail, and even over the phone by calling in with your credit/debit card information. No credit card information is stored on Pathways’ computer system for your protection.
Pathways offers a sliding fee scale for our substance use disorder clients with household incomes below 200% of poverty that do not have Medicaid coverage.
